Initiation Program:

Team Managers
We are anticipating dividing the kids in IP into 4 different teams - ranging from first year players to second year 5 and 6 year olds. Each team will have a lead coach and a few assistants. We are also seeking a team manager for each team. Team managers will be responsible for making phone calls and organizing some of the games and events.
