Coaching Clinics
We think that all our kids deserve the best.
And we think no one will do a better job than you!
The GCMHA will reimburse upon successful completion any of the following courses:
Coaches
- any selected coach who obtains their “Intro to Coaching” (IP Program) or “Coach Stream” (Novice to Midget) certification. Check the ODHA website for courses and availability
Trainer
- one trainer per team for their successful completion of their trainer certification or re-certification, Go to the ODHA website for seminar availability or www.hdco.on.ca for online sessions.
Other
- all parents that are in regular contact with players (e.g Team Manager, Coach and Assistant Coaches) must complete the Respect in Sport (formerly known as SpeakOut) program. Go to the ODHA website for classroom options or Respect In Sport for online options.
Any other questions can be directed to your Convenor or the Chairperson, Risk and Safety.
