Fair Play Tournament
All Star Game
Welcome to the home of the 35th Annual, Gloucester Centre Bantam Tournament!
 
This year our tournament will take place from Thursday Jan.10 to Sunday Jan.13 2008,with local Ottawa Teams beginning Thursday night Jan.10th and out of town teams beginning on the evening of Friday Jan.11th.

The cost of our tournament this year is $750.00 (Canadian) and includes the following:
 
 
  • A minimum of three (3) games in a round robin format.  A maximum of five (5) games.
  • Participation of the full team in our Skills Competition, in which awards will be provided to the winning teams / players by category.
  • Participation of selected players in our All-Star Games.
  • A player from each team will receive a "Player of the Game Award", including special awards for the Player's of the Game in the All-Star Games.
  • Each Member of the All-Star Teams, will as well keep their All-Star Jersey.
  • Each participant will receive a tournament memento.

     
  • The winning teams in each division (A and B) will receive the Cougar Cup, and each team member will receive a Champions Hat.
  • The finalist teams in each division (A and B) will receive a Cup, and each member of the team will receive a Finalists Hat.

Please be advised that applications will only be considered complete and acceptable for entrance upon completion of the on-line application (see below) and receipt of a cheque in the amount of $750.00 (Canadian).  For additional assistance, please include with your cheque a copy of your team list and contact information.

Notes:

  • Entrance to the tournament is at the complete descretion of the Gloucester Centre Cougar Cup and their representatives.  Acceptance may be withdrawn at any time, without reason and with 72 hours notice.

  • On-Line Application:  Includes completion of Team Information and Roster.  All-Star and Skills Competition participants will be requested at a later date.  Please ensure that your team statistics remain current and up-to-date for division seeding purposes.

  • Please ensure that your representative has read and understood the tournament rules prior to submitting an application to the tournament.

  • Teams requesting admittance to the "B" division, must be part of a "tiered" house league organization and the team must not be in the first tier, or the team must be playing in a recognized "House B" league.
