Midget A Cougars successful in Saint-Laurent!

On the weekend of November 22^nd-24^th, the Midget A Cougars engaged in a weekend away from home, in a series of exhibition games against fellow Midget A teams in the Saint-Laurent Minor Hockey Association.

With multiple players on the Midget A team being in their final season of hockey, the trip will be the last out-of-town event with hockey team for many of them.

The Cougars made up proud, having a successful weekend that helped prove the strength of minor hockey in Ottawa. They put up an undefeated record of 3-0! The final scores of the game were 4-3, 3-1 and 2-1; including a last-second goal to put the Cougars up by one in the final game – an awesome way to send off a great weekend.

Above all, lots of fun was had by all, with lots of sportsmanship being shown from both sides. Only two penalties were called in the entire series!
