Some additional info from the last national meeting :

 

        * A research group has been created within the national task group to start capturing more data and insight into this change and its impacts.  They will be looking at branches and regions that are already implementing this model in 2018-19

        * There is currently no planned announcement from Hockey Canada on a national level.  I have gone back to ask why and get more info on future direction with respect to a national communication/marketing plan

        * Resource updates will be ongoing around this move.  The Coach 1 clinic will now be required for Novice coaches and IP coaches...Novice coaches will no longer take the Coach 2 clinic.  There will be some changes to the Instructional Stream clinics as well to target the IP and Novice age groups.  The DrillHub and Network App are all being updated with new Novice drills, practice plans and videos
