2008-2009 SEASON PROCEDURES AND RULES

We would like to take this opportunity to welcome new and returning players, to the Gloucester Centre Minor Hockey Association, and outline new registration procedures for the 2008-2009 hockey season.

For a registration to be considered complete the registration form needs to be completed and accompany payment in full or installment option & CHILDS NAME ON BACK OR BOTTOM OF CHEQUE(s). Failure to do so would be considered an incomplete registration which cannot be processed and will be returned to the sender.
The Installment option is still available and is broken down the following way… Cheques are to be dated June 30th, July 31st and August 31st. (If your first installment is past the first date please combines it with the next month)

Effective immediately, an NSF fee of $25.00 will be charged on all return cheques
The Online registration with PayPal Option is available for no additional cost.
All Cheques to be dated no later than June 30th. * With the exception of Installment option.

*** ANY REGISTRATIONS POST MARKED LATER THAN JUNE 30TH WILL BE CHARGED A LATE REGISTRATION FEE OF $40 IN ADDITION TO YOUR REGULAR REGISTRATION FEE.FOR RETURNING IP PLAYERS THE LATE REGISTRATION FEE IS $20 IN ADDITION TO YOUR REGULAR REGISTRATION FEE ***
We would also like to take this opportunity to recommend to parents of 7 year old players should have at least one year of the Initiation Program before entering the novice level.
All 7 years old players must turn seven (7) on or before December 31st of that playing year in order to play in the Novice level. NO six (6) year olds will be permitted in Novice hockey. Please see ODMHA handbook.
** If your child plays Rangers or Rep B hockey, ONLY the $445 registration fee will be forwarded to the Rangers or Rep B organization. All late fees and additional fees for processing post-dated cheques will be retained by the GCMHA.
